Amazing Landscapes Time-lapse Videos by Dustin Farrell

I’m not sure where he is on the list of Phoenix freelance photographers, but Dustin Farrell should be near the top. He is an A-team shooter, and never let the many challenges of weather get in his way of being creative. His time-lapse work is rather remarkable, and it’s one of the best I’ve seen. The first video below is called Landscapes: Volume 2. It is the second of a three part series (probably). Every frame of this video is a raw still from a Canon 5D2 DSLR and processed with Adobe software. In Volume 2, Dustin again showed off his beautiful home state of Arizona and he also made several trips to Utah. This video has some iconic landmarks that he felt showing them again with motion controlled HDR and/or night timelapse would be a new way to see old landmarks.
Most of the motion control for this video was done with the Stage Zero Dolly by Dynamic Perception. Without it, shots like the Delicate Arch shot in Utah would be nearly impossible due to the length of the hike.
